“Highly enlightening program”

This program reminded me of the importance of breaking out of functional silos. Often, we get consumed by short-term KPIs and forget the ultimate goal: delivering value to the customer. The Capstone 2.0 simulation helped me see how every function must align strategically to serve stakeholders better. It was a game-changing perspective shift that enhanced my business strategy skills.
