Our L&D department organized this program as part of a professional development initiative. Competing in teams using the Capstone 2.0 Business Simulation was a refreshing experience compared to traditional lectures and outdated team-building activities. I learned that strategy isn’t just for top management—I can apply these concepts at my level. Now, I view my own role as if it’s a business in itself, driving value and growth.
